An Absence too Long

Ladies and gentlemen!

Some of you have been so kind to notice my absence, and I must say, it truly warms my heart. This is merely a quickly written journal to give you a resumé of why I haven't been online, active, etc. for (according to my own opinion) way too long.

First of all, there is school. That is a given. It actually ain't that difficult - and time-consuming - but I am simply too much in love with what I do - studying - that I usually study a lot outside of school.

Second of all, lack of artistic production. This is a result of my time-consuming studying, and thus I haven't made a lot of work for a long time. I hope to get started soon. Furthermore, my computer with all my work (and Photoshop) crashed, and I haven't had the time to get a new work station up and running.

Third of all, "2,035 deviations". 'Nuff said.

And last, but not least, a mentally rough October.

But I've got a lot of time this weekend, so I hope to get the work station up and running - and of course, respond to all the replies.

First of all, I'm a dreamer. The daydreaming kind. Why do I say this? Because I can.

Second of all, my name is Kristian E. Jacobsen and I am an unauthorized amateur photographer and writer, age 17. I live in the beautiful (*cough*) Danish capital of Copenhagen in Europe, which is a continent on Earth, which lies in our Solar System, which is a part of The Milky Way, which is part of the Universe. Just clarifying.

Furthermore, I pretty much enjoys doing what makes me happy - but don't we all?

Back to the serious business. I would categorize myself as a opportunistic nature photographer, since as long as the motive is perfect, I will try to capture the moment.

  • Favourite game: Mass Effect (A good story beats all)
  • Favourite gaming platform: Playstation 3 (Ratchet&Clank, anyone?)
  • Favourite cartoon character: Donald Duck (Nothing beats childhood memories)
